Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible during your visit to our salon. All staff have studied and completed (COVID-19) infection prevention and control course. On re opening we have implemented a number of changes and the way we operate.
There will be a large increase of appointments wanting to be made on re opening,but a reduced availability we can now offer in the day due to extra time preparing and cleaning in between clients.
We ask that from now on you book online or through telephone. you can access our booking online through the website/facbook/instagram. This is to limit traffic in the salon.
If you or any other people you live with feel ill and display any symptoms of COVID-19 please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT come into the salon for your appointment. We will waiver cancellation charges if you call to cancel.
Visiting the salon
For your safety and to maintain social distancing as much as possible, we ask you attend your appointment as close to the time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean you come into contact with another client and we now dont have a waiting area.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in the salon including all surfaces toilets,door handles,light switches,wires,kettle this will be sanitised between each client / every hour continuously .
As we carry on our high standards of hygiene we would just like to reassure you that all tools and equipment as expected are always disinfected or disposed of if disposable.
As soon as you enter the salon we will have a hand sanitiser machine on the wall which we will be asking you to use and you will also have access to soap and water to wash your hands if you wish.
Please dont be offended if we provide you with a facemask,all our staff will be wearing facemasks/disposable gloves on each client/ face shields/aprons where appropriate and is to protect ourselves and you.
Our staff understand the importance of hand hygiene and will ensure that we wash our hands before and after, if you have any concerns about your treatment please let us know and we will do our best to make you feel comfortable.
We have had no choice but to increase our prices due to the recent situation and impact is has caused us financially. we have tried to avoid this but our local beauty supplier has sadly closed due to the pandemic and we will now be ordering all our products online which as resulted in extra costs.
We are now required to use new PPE for our ourselves and provide disposable masks for our clients. We now have to allow extra time for intense cleaning between clients which results in more cleaning products cost and reduces availability of treatments we can do in the day.
All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and our staff.
